COMPETITIONS

Our club annually has gymnasts who participate in the regional trials (Eden), as well as Western Cape Championships and SA Gym Games. In 2023 and 2024 our gymnasts also participated in International Competitions and we are proud to be able to offer these opportunities for our gymnasts. Our passion is to help each gymnast reach his or her full potential and help make their gymnastics dreams come true.
